This month, our bakers and baristas have crafted a seasonal lineup that celebrates everything we love about autumn: cozy flavors, local flair, and the unmistakable magic of freshly baked pastries.
Pumpkin Season Arrives
Pumpkin has officially made its grand return! From the bakery case to the coffee bar, each of our locations is celebrating the season with its own French-inspired twist.
- Lake Oswego: Pumpkin Patch Matcha, a vibrant balance of earthy matcha and warm pumpkin spice.
- NW Thurman: Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, two ways to enjoy the perfect blend of espresso, pumpkin, and cinnamon.
- S. Macadam: Pumpkin Pie Chai, our fall favorite, combines creamy chai spices and pumpkin sweetness.
And straight from our pâtisserie: the new Pumpkin Éclair, a seasonal spin on the French classic, silky pumpkin pastry cream, and a light creme chantilly, and garnished with caramelized pecans.
Mark Your Calendar: $1 Croissant Day Returns November 5!
Our beloved $1 Croissant Day happens on the first Wednesday of every month, and the next celebration is on November 5.
Handmade with local flour and baked to a delicate golden crisp, each croissant represents the heart of our craft, simple, elegant, and perfectly French.
It’s our way of thanking our community for sharing in our passion for authentic boulangerie. Why don’t you get together with your friends and enjoy a $1 croissant day?
