Our latest favorite is the Yuzu & Rose Macaron flavor. Gaining popularity as a high-end pasty ingredient in the international culinary world, Yuzu is a fragrant citrus fruit with a distinct flavor. Some people may associate this with Meyer Lemon flavor. Our production team in the SE Division location came up with this winning combination of yuzu and rose water to create this elegant macaron for the Mother’s Day season. Treat yourself and your mom while they are available in May!
