Join us at St. Honoré Boulangerie on NW Thurman for an intimate evening celebrating the flavors of Alsace and the wines of Trisaetum Winery.
Hosted in partnership with Fine Wine Circle PDX, the evening begins with an educational tasting featuring 4+ wines from Trisaetum, including Riesling and Pinot Noir, guided by the winery team and served in Riedel glassware.
Guests will then enjoy a generous Alsatian-inspired buffet prepared by Chef Dominique Geulin, featuring tartes flambées, charcuterie, cheeses, and dessert, all designed for sharing in a warm, communal setting.
