Our commissary kitchen is designed to increase our production capacity, paving the way for expanding retail operations and the introduction of innovative new products. While our café locations will still feature on-site baking, the central kitchen will enhance efficiency and productivity across all sites, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

We are excited to reveal our covered outdoor patio space, designed to recreate the ambiance of Parisian bakeries and cafés. This charming addition invites our guests to savor their pastries in an atmosphere reminiscent of a bustling street corner in the heart of Paris.
