Celebrate Saint Honoré Day with Us!
On Friday, May 16th, we are thrilled to honor Saint Honoré Day, a special occasion in France dedicated to the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs. Saint Honoré, a 6th-century bishop of Amiens, is revered by French bakers, pastry chefs, flour sellers, and farmers who consider him their protector and express gratitude for their livelihood.
Since King Louis XIV decreed in the 17th century that all bakers should observe Saint Honoré’s feast day, this celebration has been embraced across France. It highlights the significance of bread and pastry in French culture, a tradition we proudly uphold at our bakery named after this esteemed saint.

To show our appreciation to our local flour millers, farming partners, and our loyal guests who have supported us for over two decades, we are offering a 20% discount on all our cold desserts, including our signature Saint Honoré dessert, all day on Friday, May 16th.
Join us in celebrating this rich French tradition and enjoy a taste of history with us!
