Miche Banal:
Our signature bread, created with Shepard’s Grain whole wheat flour and our natural levain starter. Dense, rich and full of terroir flavor. Perfect for sharing with friends and family, enjoyed with cheese, charcuterie, or simply on its own.

Baguette:
Our signature baguette, with its crisp crust and airy interior, is a true classic. Perfect for sandwiches, dipping in olive oil, or simply enjoying on its own, it embodies the essence of French baking.

Campagne:
A rustic beauty, Made with a blend of wheat and whole wheat flour, it offers a mild sourdough flavor with subtle nutty notes. This versatile, country-style bread is a delicious alternative to the baguette and pairs perfectly with any dinner items or sandwich fillings.

The Levain Batard:
This is sourdough bread with an extended shape, having an irregular crust. During the creation of levain batard, the fermentation process allows for natural yeasts to develop such a complex and flavorful profile. Ideal for those who appreciate heartiness in a flavor-intensive loaf.
