St. Honoré’s take on a traditional French pastry. Chocolate sablé (shortbread) shell is baked with almond cream and raspberries, then filled with buttercream in the middle. The top is glazed with raspberry jelly and garnished with fresh raspberries and a pink macaron. The name of this pastry, meaning “Well of Love,” comes from the shape that resembles a well.
