Galette des Rois Large

Every January, friends and families in France gather around the table to enjoy a special cake: la Galette des Rois. A symbol of good luck for the coming year, our Galette des Rois comes with a porcelain lucky charm (la fève), a golden paper crown, and instructions for the traditional ceremony and reheating.
How to Reheat Your Galette des Rois:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Remove the gold cake board from the bottom of the Galette and place the pastry on a baking sheet. 
  3. Warm in the oven for approximately 
  • 12 to 15 minutes for a Medium Galette
  • 15 to 20 minutes for a Large Galette
