A festive twist on our beloved Black Forest Cake, crafted in the elegant shape of a Bûche de Noël. This decadent chocolate sponge is rolled with lightly sweetened whipped cream and luscious preserved cherries, then finished with a smooth whipped cream frosting. Each cake is artfully adorned with cherries, hand-crafted meringue mushrooms, and delicate dark chocolate leaves. Gluten-free.

The cake is naturally gluten-free, similar to our Gâteau au Chocolat. We do not use any gluten-free flour blends like Bob’s Red Mill. Instead, the structure comes from whipped eggs and almond flour, which also helps give the cake its moist, tender texture.
