Tour De France
An annual Portland tradition at Saint Honore
Every year, cycling enthusiasts and amateurs gather at St. Honoré Boulangerie to watch coverage of the Tour de France. Each day's race is broadcast on large screen televisions every morning and then replayed throughout the day. There is no better way to enjoy the Tour than sipping a latte, treating yourself to a pastry and cheering on your favorite riders.
PARIS-BREST PASTRY LIMITED RELEASE
The Paris-Brest is a traditional, French pastry named after an old bicycle
race between Paris and the city of Brest in Brittany. The pastry was created in
1910 to represent the wheel of a bicycle and became popular with riders, and
can now be found in patisseries all over France.
