Our very own signature bread, and a favorite of children, Miche Banal, is made daily with Northwest grown wheat we grind by a slow stone method to preserve the healthy nutrients. And of course, our clay firebrick bread oven, crafted with bricks from a quarry in the Rhone Valley, is our pride and joy.
