Sip on a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau, and taste our Paté and Cheese Plate to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau

Travel to the French countryside by way of St. Honoré Boulangerie to sip the first vintage of the 2012 Beaujolais Nouveau harvest. Visit the NW Thurman St. bakery on Thursday, Nov. 15th to enjoy a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau 2012 and a plate of Rillette de Porc, St. Honoré’s original pork paté, served on slices of Miche Banal™, with Toasted Goat Cheese-Rosemary Bruchetta.

The Miche Banal™ is a hearty whole wheat bread that is handcrafted with Shepherd’s Grain bread produced by an alliance of Pacific Northwest farms committed to sustainability. The cheese and paté plate served with a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau is $9.95. We will also be sampling our special holiday treats.

This French tradition takes place the third week in November when the shipments of wine are distributed around the globe. At St. Honoré, the celebration will also include live French music with vocalist Heather Keizer.
