Qualifications:
Because Saint Honoré is seeking hard working, honest and energetic employees with the desire to be successful in all that they do, Saint Honoré does not require experience in baking or customer service. We are willing to train successful applicants on all aspects of our operations. Therefore, employees with a desire to learn the trade are encouraged to apply.
Because of the nature of our industry, Saint Honoré maintains a schedule 7 days a week. Successful applicants may work on any 5-day shift during the 7 day work week and may not have the same days off from week to week or consecutive days off. However because we believe in our employees and recognize that a healthy personal life leads to a healthy and productive employee, we will make all attempts to accommodate individual schedules.
Position Requirements:
• Food Handler Permit in accordance with local governing body
• Professional Appearance.
• Positive Attitude.
• High energy level.
• Team player.
• The ability to interact with customers or members in a positive manner.
• An adequate command of the English language in order to communicate effectively with customers or other employee team members.
• Basic level reading and comprehension of the English language in order to interpret work related documents.
• Basic level writing skills in the English language to complete routine employment related reports.
• Basic ability to use and apply mathematical skills as those relate to specific job duties.
• Basic ability to reason and apply common sense in every day working situations.
